We ship our products through the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure the safety and timely delivery of your orders, we have partnered with the most reputed courier companies only.

Where and How Do We Ship?

We currently ship pan India. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

Approximate Delivery Time

Post dispatch, the average delivery time ranges from

South India: 1–2 days.

Metro cities: 2 to 3 days.

Rest of India: 4 days.

Cancellations

No cancellations or refunds will be processed once an order has been shipped.

In the unlikely scenario that your order is received as damaged, please write to us at care@elxworld.com mentioning your order ID and stating your issue along with details. Post which, if necessary, a refund for the damaged items will be considered within 4 working days.
